Founding Partners

East Ellijay Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is led by partners Dr. David L. Settel, DMD, FAGD and Dr. Cynthia P. Hall Sosebee, DMD, who together bring decades of experience to North Georgia families. Dr. Settel, a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry, earned his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry and completed the International Congress of Oral Implantologists fellowship exam, allowing him to provide complete dental implant care in-house. Dr. Hall Sosebee has cared for Gilmer County families in private practice since 1999, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the U.S. Army and served on active duty before establishing her practice here in Ellijay. As true partners, they share a commitment to compassionate, lifelong dentistry for every generation.
